While it was an emotional roller coaster of a year, we are humbled to have surpassed our individual and team goals. Our team helped 106 clients sell or buy real estate in Central Kentucky resulting in almost $25,000,000 in volume, a record year for our team. Our listings sold at an average of 99.4 % of the asking price with an average of 17 days on the market. We gained some new clients through our online marketing last year and 70% of our business was from repeat clients and referrals.
