Sandy Allnutt: Founder and Broker Associate Sandy, originally from Germany, has called Central KY home since 1989. She graduated from EKU in 1998 with a BBA in Real Estate and began her career as an Appraiser trainee before transitioning to full-time Real Estate sales in 2004. In 2011, she founded The Allnutt Group, earning her Broker Associate License in 2017. Sandy has been a consistent Top Producer, with her team ranking in the top 1% of Bluegrass REALTORS® from 2015 to 2023. A lifetime member of the Top Producers Club, she holds multiple designations including Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and Graduate Realtor Institute. She was recognized with the 2021 Rate My Agent Top Agent Award in Fayette County, Top 2 in Jessamine County, and Top 2 in Kentucky.

Kristy Hall: Experienced Realtor and Mortgage Expert Kristy Hall is a lifelong Lexington native, a Senior Real Estate Specialist, and a Lifetime Top Producer with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate dreams. Kristy brings seven years of experience in mortgage lending prior to earning her real estate license in 2015, offering a unique perspective and extensive expertise to her clients. Michael Hamilton:  Bardstown, KY native and proud University of Kentucky graduate, holds a degree in Communications. While at UK, he interned with the SEC Network, where he honed his skills in high-pressure communication, leadership, and fast-paced problem-solving—strengths that now serve him well in real estate. Since 2023, Michael has worked in administration for The Allnutt Group, gaining valuable hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the business. His behind-the-scenes role sparked a genuine passion for helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions. Real estate runs in his blood—his grandfather, Marvin Greenwell, was a well-respected Realtor in Bardstown—and today, Michael is proud to carry on that legacy as a licensed Realtor serving all of Central Kentucky.

Rachel Rainey: Rachel was born and raised in Kentucky and is proud to call Georgetown home! A military kid and VA loan enthusiast, she brings three years of real estate experience along with a background in nonprofit management and social work. Married to Gregory and a mama of three, she’s usually found at the ballfield or outside with her kids. Rachel is always up for good food and is passionate about advocacy, community, and helping people feel right at home.
