Sandy was born in Germany and has lived in Central KY since 1989. She is married to Aaron Allnutt and they have 3 awesome kids. They are members of Southland Christian Church. Sandy graduated from EKU in 1998 with a BBA in Real Estate. After graduating college, She worked as an Appraiser trainee for several years before working in Real Estate sales full-time in 2004 and forming The Allnutt Group in 2011. Sandy earned her Broker Associate License in 2017. She’s been a consistent top producer since 2007, and her team's volume places the Allnutt group in the top 1% of Bluegrass Realtors' production. Sandy is a lifetime member of the Top Producers Club, and has earned the CRS, ABR, SRES, SRS, & GRI designations, among others. 

Kristy is a lifelong Lexington native who truly enjoys interacting with both buyers and sellers. As a member of The Allnutt Team since 2020, she’s been a licensed realtor since 2015 with a seven-year background in mortgage lending. Kristy loves being outdoors, listening to live music, and being physically active with cycling and weight training. Kristy has been married to her husband, Danny, since 2001 and they have one daughter in high school and three dogs. 2021 Rate my Agent Award Top 5 in Scott County.

Kelsey is originally a West Virginia native but has called Lexington "home" since 2017. As a Realtor®, her first priority is to make her clients happy. She listens to their wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and she strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. Her clients are very important to her - they become like family! Kelsey has been married to her husband, Ben, since 2015 and they have two rescue dogs: Mia & Charlotte.
