We’re thrilled to officially welcome Michael Hamilton as the newest licensed Realtor with The Allnutt Group at The Agency!

A Bardstown native and University of Kentucky graduate, Michael has been a key member of our office behind the scenes since 2023. Now, he’s stepping into a licensed role and is ready to serve buyers and sellers across Central Kentucky.

From UK to the SEC Network

While earning his degree in Communications at UK, Michael interned at the SEC Network. That experience taught him how to stay cool under pressure, take initiative in fast-paced environments, and lead with confidence—skills he brings to every real estate transaction.

A Strong Foundation in Real Estate

Michael’s time in administration with The Allnutt Group gave him a deep understanding of contracts, client care, and what it takes to guide people through one of life’s most important milestones. He knows the process inside and out, and he’s passionate about making it smooth for others.

Michael’s grandfather, Marvin Greenwell, was a respected Realtor in Bardstown. Following in his footsteps, Michael is proud to carry on a family legacy of professionalism and service in real estate.
